How do you all do it ?

I personally have dated women with kids over the years then married,we have 1 son & 2 grandkids and we have had tough times with just 1 bio son !!!!
How do you all do it,with kids,step kids,all the inlaws,etc.,etc.????
You all are better people than myself because i know i couldn't and wouldn't put up with some of the BS that i have read.

The good days make it all worth it...the bad days make you say "What the hell was I thinking?". If you love someone, the kids come in the package.

I'm still trying to find the answer to this. Lol I think we hang on to the hope that they grow up and move on but then again, reading the Adult Stepchildren Forum tosses that theory. Lol I don't know. What holds me here is that when SS8 is not around, we have an awesome relationship--seriously not even playing it up. We laugh, have fun, relaxed. When skid comes, it's all tension and fakeness and trying to act like it's not an intrusion --one that we don't even have to deal with technically but yeah... I don't know. lol

That's how I feel too. I will always say that my DH is my soul mate.

And I always tell myself that we all come with baggage, but his comes in the form of a 11 year old girl.
