Description
Peel and slice potatoes. Place them in a casserole dish( make as many layers as possible). Place butter slices over potatoes, add salt and pepper. Next put the sour cream on top( all of it)and spread it evenly on potatoes. Next put the cheese on top, and top with green onions. I make a dish similar to this but I panfry bacon and crumble it up and layer it with the chives…and mix velveta in with the potatoes before putting on all the fixings...VERY FATTENING…VERY GOOD!
This dish sounds wonderful.
This dish sounds wonderful. Only, I would buy frozen potatoes to cut out time. I bet it would taste just as good, and less time consuming...I'm all about short cuts.
