General Discussion

I found this site 2 weeks ago.. and wow.. just reading other people's trials of being a step parent has eased my mind. I know know I'm not the only one feeling this heavy guilt of not caring if i ever see my step daughter again. I thought i was a rotten person .. but i know realize that i am only human.. our new spouse must realize that their children are "their" creation.. not ours .. I have my 2 creations and i think they are normal polite kids.

I love reading everyones posts.. but i need to be taught all the short forms... i'm getting sd ss ... but if someone could make a list of the short forms that would be great.

Welcome aboard. I wish I could guarantee you smooth sailing and a pleasurable journey but....ummmm....as you mentioned after reading our posts that's not really gonna happen for most of us here.
