Do any of you have an ex that lies to the kids? C just told me that the harpi told him I was a witch. Like a real witch. Like I cook kids in my pot and cast spells. Thank god C is smart. He told me because he said he thinks she is not telling the truth. He said it is not right to tell stories about people, even if it is his mom. C is almost 6. I get along with the kids very well, but this is not the first time she has tried to turn them on me. I think it drives her crazy that we get along so well. Now, N is only 3 1/2. Do you think it could work with her? It hasn't so far, she said she thought mommy was kidding. Could it work with C and N? I love thoes kids so much. What do you do? How do you fix this? Will she get it to work?

yes, my skid's BM lies all the time! get this- she told them that Jesus loves her more and that is why she has full custody and hubby doesn't get to make any decisions when it comes to them (we have them 49% of the time....). I love the fact that you call her harpi! I'm going to use that one! yes, our BM goes nuts cause the kids love me, too. last week, she heard both of them say "I love you, Erin" to me and it drove her crazy!! I loved it.

They all lie all the time! I think they are all members of the insane psycho bitch club.... what I don't get is how on earth they can't see that the only ones they are hurting are the kids! Do they really think that we care what they think of us? PLEASE!
My sks bb is the same... she can't stand that 'her' kids love me so she tries to make them hate me... fortunately it doesn't work and bb just looks like an ass.

I have not had the pleasure of having the opportunity to cook children in my stew but I have been accused of having a broom instead of a mini van.
It it my beleif that jealousy is 100% of the reason for all the lies.
I have started to be a smart a** about it and playing into the bm's lies to the children. The girls get a kick out of it & it down plays the whole intention of the lie.
Per the counsolor that we are seeing, the bm's lies are having no effect on the children (3 & 7). Evidently the children cancel out the lie they were told when my actions or their bf's actions disprove what they are being told.
I guess that makes sense, but I still beleive she's doing major damage to the girls. But you can't make anyone stop lieing.
