sd(13) allowed to sleep at boyfriends

Just found out the bm has no place to live and didn't inform the dad who is the custodial parent. For months every other weekend the sd has been allowed to sleep at the boyfriends house. We found a phone that had pics at 4 am she was taking of her bf sleeping. And messages of the bm also telling the daughter how to skip school, and stay up past curfew to facetime with the biomom. The biomom has helped to hide so much. And letting her sleep at a bf house?!? Do we have to send her back. Fortunately we had been doing a trial period to see if they could behave so as of now she doesn't go till spring. Its in the paperwork bm has to have a physical address to give us. So do we still have to comply? Poor sd had been couch surfing over 4 places we know of due to lack of consistency over there.

Do the parents have a working relationship? If your husband can talk to bio mom and offer for daughter to say with you guys it would be best. Staying with a BF at this age could very easily lead to issues that you all do not want to deal with. If bio mom is resistant, what about contacting an attorney with the information you have and taking this is court. That will take time but you have to get this girl out of that situation if you can.

No working relationship. She lives to mess with him. But we do see an attorney in a few days. We just want to know if this is enough to stop visitation in spring if need be. We get sheloves her mom but telling her how to lie to one bf so she can live with him till she cons the other is disgusting

Document, document, document, and you DH needs to make sure his kid is on birth control (the shot, not the pill).

There is your answer right there. No legal residence, no visitation.
