The lie floated off his tongue so smoothly
Hello... Long time-no real reason to post. BUT this afternoon something came to my attention. Two nights ago I casually asked SS25 (who is here for the summer) if he knew about Google+ or had an account. My youngest had brought it up a week ago as another place that the kids hang out. SS25 was on his computer at that moment and was chatting with me, so I asked the question. Received a very convincing "no, I don't have time for that stuff. I don't have a Google account." Then an hour ago in an attempt to write a consumer review, I created an account. Then I looked up my DDs and upon finding them, clearly saw where SS indeed has an account.
It doesn't matter to me about the account. What's hanging in my craw is that he nonchalantly lied about a little thing. If there are lies about little things, then I am inclined to believe that there are lies about much bigger issues (such as not informing his mother about every.little.thing that we own or were we travel).
It just causes me to believe that much of his kindness or seeming respect may be plain false.

In the bigger picture, it doesn't matter. It just felt odd to believe that he would/could lie so easily and convincingly. Can you have a pack of followers and not know about the account?

:? Thank you for setting me straight. SS is normally a good guy and seems to detest drama. His mother and SD have been the main issues over the years but he seems to want to stay out of their trifling.

I have a Google+ account and gmail but I never use it and often forget it's there. I have followers too and have no idea why or how to follow anyone. Google is insidious and taking over the world }:) . Even if you don't have a google account google has your number and all your info. Google knows.....
Skids learnt to lies when
Skids learnt to lies when they were very young. BM taught them to lie for her so she could sleep with her best friend's husband and the lies become a part of them. Both of skids lie and don't realize they're doing it. They lie about things do not need to lie i.e. what to get at the store.

If you asked me off the cuff I had a Google + account I would say no, but I actually do. I just don't use it. I have followers as well, but I wouldn't know because I don't log into Google for that purpose. I don't think he was lying.

I had to create a google + account, dont even remember why. Never used it either. I had a friend suggesting from a collegue. When i told him about it, he didnt even know he had one.
