So bm just likes to enforce the divorce decree when its convenient for her. Dh doesn't care if he has his kids but as a sm i cant afford them all the time plus pay full cs. How do i enforce his divorce decree like bm does...
We share accounts and get paid same time so he pays his cs but i pay bills so its kinda a catch 22. He says he likes having his kids. I tell him he needs to tell her we arent paying when we have them and thats when bm takes kids and goes to what co says.
Ive told him to modify cs heck even get joint custody but once he brought it up to bm she pulls the co crap and says she will find other arrangements and that lasts acweek and then back to having skids again. Dh wont fight and im not sure why. Says he doesnt have a good enough case.
