Is it a bad thing

EvilAngel's picture

when your 13 yr old SD texts you and says, "I got you an anniversary gift and you are going to LOVE it. Do you like Pinot or Chardonnay?" HAHAHA! I don't know WHERE she is getting the money to buy said wine but I am assuming BM is getting it for her for me.

I told her she didn't have to do that but that it was very sweet of her. She's generally a really sweet kid...hence the name.

What was your answer? I'd say to SD18 "if you're coming...bring both." }:)
jk that's pretty sweet of her

HAHA! Pinot...but I would have taken Chardonnay if that's what she had gotten. I am an equal opportunity drinker. Smile

I think her gma (BMs mom) must have taken her to get it and bought it. Now I DO like her gma. She is a super sweet lady. She is NOT moving in. We don't have the space and her BM will NEVER allow that to happen.

Softheart isn't a bad kid, she just hasn't really been raised by the best person in the world. I don't know that she would steal something but I have just picked up things from conversations with her that make me think it is TOTALLY within the realm of possibility.

Last I heard she had a boyfriend the same age as her. I doubt she has an older BF unless there is a chunky chaser where she lives. I am not trying to be mean, she's a cute kid (in the face) but she is borderline obese. NOT that that would make an older boy not like her I guess. Anything is possible.
