I CALLED IT!

I got the custody evaluation and biomom needs counseling to "develop empathy and insight". She is narcissistic af! I KNEW IT! I don't know where the evaluator got the idea that counseling would help a grown woman develop basic humany empathy, but whatever. I'm feeling validated by that bit of the process.

nah they said "keep splitting custody and learn to get along" but whatever. We are moving and she will have full custody, not that she can really handle it. Theres no way to get her to stop involving SD in fights so we are trying to reduce the amount of fights by getting far away from her. No one seems to give a shit about what we witnessed and documented so we gotta get creative i guess.

So I just posted a blog with that question in it.
How was it made to where she had to have an evaluation for court?

you file a motion asking for it basically. we had an attorney do it for us. I don't think it works the same way in every state, and just to warn you these things can range from useless to great so its an enormously expensive gamble.

Thank You. She already has a long list of diagnoses, sees a therapist on the regular (just to get the good pills from what I've seen). We really need this brought up in court! We don't want her counselor to do it, she will lie for her. Our court has a go to facility for things like this.
