One of the stipulations to gaining more patenting time with her son was to undergo random drug testing. Well, after our last day in court, the judge "closed" the case and now they aren't testing her for whatever reason. There have been various reports from family of bm's erratic behavior and alcohol consumption. We worry that this is just what is seen and she may be using harder things again. Either way, according to family court, she should not be using anything, including alcohol. We've been through this so many times, we don't want to write the court again without good reason. But this is very concerning.
