Sd8 and Dh singing "Baby It's Cold Outside " ewwwwwwww!

I had the pleasure of being trapped in the car with dh and sd8. They were singing that song in the car and I wanted to puke. They are not lovers. When we got home, I privately told dh that it isn't an appropriate song to sing with sd8. She is such a miniwife. He needs to cut this out. End of rant

Really? So who sang the 'girl part'? }:)

The lyrics are not suitable for an 8 yr old... let alone with her father. Drinking and smoking...sheesh!

Right! Sd8 sang the girl part and put some sexy in it. It was unbearable. The 2 of them thought it was so cute. I am so grossed out as well as concerned for sd8 being "provocative" at such a young age. She needs to go back in her place and be a kid!

That'd make me want to leap out of the car and start running in the other direction!! I am so damned sensitive when it comes to certain songs now and I NEVER used to be like that!! Finding myself in the mini-wife situation wiht SO has made my ears super sensitive!! She has got a beautiful voice I'll admit, but she uses it to maniuplate her dad.

When she realised we were going to move in together, she got together with BM and SS and videoed them singing a song to SO. SS played the guitar, SD sang and BM videoed the whole thing. I can't remember the bloody song but words in there included something along the lines of.."you don't listen to me.." blah blah blah.. she expected SO to feel super guilty and go running back - but he didn't..we both listened to it..and I told them it was lovely..and SO said he enjoyed it..and that was it..he didn't change his mind..

Certain songs are for lovers and certain songs are for others..SO/DH should really learn to know the difference.

Well SO just allowed SD9 to walk into the bathroom while he was taking a shower just to whine about her brothers, yes we have a curtain in the bathtub but... it highly disturbs me this just happened, this child has no boundaries and now daddy even allows her to do this, no wonder she thought she could rule our bedroom and doesn't leave our bed alone.

I'm the same way. Whistling is even worse. My SO whistles and I want to bash his face in.

I understand. It's crazy how some things might not look like a big deal to non-sps, but stuff can add up.

Keep a good set of headphones on you. Plug them in your iPod/phone and listen to something more pleasant Smile
