Step Talk Suggestions

I would like to ask, whoever operates the site, if at all possible for a Spell Checker? LOL. I am sooooo tired of physically trying to manually spell check my words that I have given up.

So, if that can be added to any list of improvements... spell check, simple editing buttons and smilies would be on top of my list! ;~)

I think this site is AWESOME! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU! Keep up the goood.... no GREAT work!

Is it possible to give the option to reorder posts instead of the latest/newest post being added to the last page? Such so that we can chose to have the newest post on top? Just curiousl.
