Description
My family loves this recipe. It is a cheap and inexpensive way to have pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 cn of your favorite biscutis
- 1 cn pizza sauce
- 1 pk pizza blend shredded chese
- 1 pk sliced peppereoni
- 1 pk groun pork
Instructions
(1) Grease the bottom of an 9" baking dish with a non stick spray
(2) Flatten the biscuits and place them at the bottom of the dish
(3) Cook the biscuits for 5 minutes
(4) Spread the pizza sauce on top of the biscuits
(5) Put the ground pork on top of the sauce then the pepperoni. Or you can do it vice versa.
(6) Put the cheese on top of the meat layer.
(7) Bake until the biscuit is done and cheese is melted.
Notes
* You can use any meat that you like. The next time that I make it I am going to add green onions, and ham cubes to mine.

Kids love this
We do something similar, except I layer ingredients, then roll the flattenend dough up to make pizza rolls, then bake until golden brown. We do hawaiian, combo, meat lovers. And it's super portable for picnics as well.
