Description
Yummy sausage, with green peppers, onions, noodles, cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup topped off with some super yummy french's onion rings (the cheddar kind is best)!! Come check out this recipe!!
Ingredients
| 1 | cn | cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup (family sized) |
| 1 | cn | (large) french's fried onion rings (cheddar flavored is awesome) |
| 1 | pk | (16 oz) egg noodles or similar |
| 2 | bulk sausage (we prefer sage flavored) | |
| 1 | onion, chopped (plan to use about half) | |
| 1 | green pepper, chopped (plan to use all) |
Instructions
Chop the veggies, break up the sausage cook sausage and veggies until well done then drain. While the sausage and veggies are cooking, the pasta should also be cooking! Then preheat oven to 350 degree's. Mix sausage, veggies and noodles together well using the cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup then using a 9x13 glass pan evenly spread the casserole mixture. Sprinkle the fried onion rings on top as a topping (optional, your choice for desired amount...we use the whole can)heat in the oven for 30 minutes then eat up!
