Wow, we had a busy night last night. My husband had school at 6pm. My stepson had basketball practice after school. Then we had an hour break before he had to be at his religion class at church.
So my husband was on his own for dinner. I can't cook on Wed. anymore until basketball is over. I picked up my stepson and we went to a restaurant close to church. My stepson worked on his homework while we waited for our food. After we ate, I dropped him off at church.
My husband picked my stepson up on his way home from school. Then I graded my stepson's homework and helped him keep focused to get it done.
Wow, I was beat by the end of the night. Overall I think this schedule will work. At least until basketball is done.
This morning went well, too. We had no problems and had some good conversation. My stepson used up all of his cartoon time, some how, but he wasn't too upset. He can waste time and not realize that he is doing it.
He is going to go to his mom's house tonight and won't be back home until Mon. after school. When he got out at the bus stop, I told him to behave at school, that I loved him and I would see him Mon.
It was a good morning.
