can't believe the level Stain and his mom sunk to

buttercookie's picture

Stain and his mom have been harassing my husbands father who is on a fixed income for money for a car. Stains mom has 160,000 dollars in the bank and she wants to rob an old mans social security income because she doesn't want to help her son but she expects everyone else to. We already bought stain a car, he didn't take care of it and he won't work full time so he can't afford to buy a car. He doesn't think his money should be for necessities, he thinks his money should be fun money. I just got off the phone with FIL who felt bad he told them NO, I told him he did the best thing he could.

Oh brother! Fake mom of the year award.

Alright. BM can quit the fake play here. She isn't fooling anyone. She wasn't involved in the girls life and now that she's under the scope of courts, she's taking time to buy them clothes (because I did)... and spending time with them. I guess the girls tell her how I buy them stuff and do activities with them. So out of the blue, "Mommy bought me this and she did this with us." Mommy must hear how I cook amazing and is trying to compete with that too...
Little does she know that my blog on cooking recieves awards/recognition. And from what I hear, she's a terrible cook.

Any suggestions for reducing fighting between step brothers and sisters?

Title says it all.....anyone have any suggestions?

By the way, SS13 has ADD and one of the ADD traits is that he is socially awkward and says rude things because he doesn't know what else to say. My BDs 13 & 14 usually respond to his rudeness by saying some smartass comment in return. He gets his feelings hurt and thinks that they hate him. How do I fix this?????

Long time no talk

Smile Well hello everyone once again I am back looking for advice and giving a little. SD is now about to be 7 in July and she is coming to live with us full time as soon as school is out which is in 3 weeks. We are going to take her to a doctor to see if she has ADHD because now that we have full custody of her we are able to.

concerned, what do I do?

SisterNeko's picture

I am deeply concerned for SS6, more so now for reasons that I will explain further down. But it's getting to the point where as a FSM there is not much that I can do besides stress about it and make myself sick with worry. So I am wondering if it is even worth it or if I should just give up and not care like everyone else seems to be.

SS's family, not BM's

justbecca18's picture

I'm just reaching out to see if anyone has this problem, and can give me some advice...

The BM is just constantly in contact with my DH's family. I feel like they talk more to her than they do to me...

My DH never dated/married/cared for this woman. She wouldn't be in our lives if it wasn't for my SS. Yet she sents messages, cards, comments on FB, adds them as friends (some she's never even met), plans trips up north (about 16 hrs away)...
