I planned for SD10's Valentine's Day Party at the school for two weeks. I sent out letters to all the parents asking for donations and I had a great turnout.

Yesterday, BM calls about mid-morning to say that her father will pick up the skids around 3 because she is at work and because our driveway was still impassable because of snow.

Telling BM tomorrow about us seeing a lawyer and going for full custody......I'm a little nervous.

FH is going to tell BM tomorrow about us seeing a lawyer and he's going to tell her that we're sure we will win full custody since BM's second DUI a couple weeks ago.

If only the show "COPS" could have been filming...................

BM got her first DUI 14 months ago in the drive thru of a fast food restaurant that was closed!!!!

So I searched court records and BM got a DUI last Thursday night!

Update to my blog regarding SD10's soccer game today and BM's irresponsibility...........

BM brought over SD10's uniform last night. FH and I were out to dinner with friends and we left all kids at home. We got home pretty late and saw the soccer stuff on the table.

Let's just see how all this plays out...............

BM signed SD10 up for soccer.......HER decision, no discussion with us at all. BM got pissed that we are making her pay the WHOLE $60 for this - ha, go figure. (we paid $140 for softball)

So very PROUD of FH today!

We went to SD10's soccer game and after the game BM came up to him and told him she needed his half of the money for SD10's soccer.
