I just recently found out that there was some controversy around here regarding a few members constantly arguing. I am assuming by Dawn’s blog that they have been “banned” from this site. What a shame! Choc had recently sent me an email expressing her concern for my absence and certainly made me feel missed and loved……

Oh yes, I do believe in the power of prayer. And the love and comfort and support that you receive from others when your not doing so well……..

So, ladies, take a bow. Not only were your predictions right regarding the biopsy, but your words, advice, wisdom and thoughts carried me through these past 3 weeks.

It is now 4:40am and I haven't slept a wink. Biopsy will be done at noon. And I am not embarrassed to say that I am scared to death. I have been crying on and off since yesterday, trying so hard not to think negatively. But it is my nature to automatically think the worst.

A question (poll?) for those who are married….

Yet they're doing a aspiration to drain and look at the fluids. WTF is that supposed to mean.

While the internet is at most times a life saver, sometimes surfing the web is NOT such a good idea. The diagnosis and prognosis sections of each breast cancer site has me going insane.....

Another poster had shared her experience of a party she attended with her husband, at his ex’s house.

As I read her post, I could identify with so many of her feelings. Not being a “step” has nothing to do with it. It is about our relationships, present and past……..

The body of Jessie and her unborn daughter has been located. Her boyfriend, father of the unborn child and their 2 year old son, Blake, has been arrested.

I have been following this case so very closely for reasons beyond anyone's imagination. Please keep Jessie's family in your prayers tonight......

An anonymous poster responded with her hateful behavior towards her childrens' stepmom and the fact that she brings her children into her insanity.

Okay, "she" will never read this, but it comes from the heart......

Just wanted to let you know that I was thinking of all of you today.

To those that have a child, regardless of step/bio/adopted, we are all in the same boat.

This day is for each and every woman out there that has a child.

Pay attention, 2nd ex. This is the reason I actually stuck around this site. My initial search led me here because of "other" mom married to ex #1. We seem to be okay as of late. SO OF COURSE, my 2nd ex has found the "one". I mean God cannot give me peace for two weeks straight, now can he? LOL!

I must be dreaming. After 16 years of unanswered invites, numerous reminders of special events, and outright refusals, TJ's stepmom is coming HERE to join in his 18th birthday party....TONITE!!!!

Let me back up a bit.... Ya' all don't even have to read this. I just have to write it all down so that when I wake up I can read it again!

Okay, this is IT ladies and gentlemen. TJ will be 18 in exactly 12 hours.

He will graduate in June from high school. He will attend a community college for the first 2 years to take those mandatory classes such as English Lit, Math, Spanish, etc.

And test out my new avatar.
