I have an old cockerspanial that my ex husband gave me for Valentines about 10 years ago. We adopted her from a rescue & drove in an ice storm to get her. We got her as a companion for my then 11 year old male cocker who fell in love with her. We were so thankful we got her as he died suddenly two months later & we always said he trained her in for us.

I can't believe that it has been a year. And what a year, so much happiness & so much craziness ( DH's mental breakdown) all at the same time. I have been on a dead run lately w/ no time to post.

Sunday DH 's wallet, wedding ring, fathers ring & watch were stolen when someone pried open his locker at the community center. They charged $800.00 on our credit card at Target ( who don;t check ID's because they have security measures in place, WTH... the guys who stole the wallet look nothin like my husband & are a different race and about 14 years younger.) They have not caught them but they know what they look like & have a description of the vehicle.

I have been extreemly busy the last week with work & home ( still am) but wanted to give everyone something to think about.

My cousins wife was on her way home, she was pregnant & due in two weeks. She had her 3 1/2 year old daughter & her 11 y/o son from her first marriage in the car with her. She was hit by a train ( not sure why she didn't stop) her son was killed instantly.

I am pretty sure DH won't agree to this but...
Friday we are taking the baby to get his 1 year photo ( his b day is July 11th) and I want to have the pictures back for his party to give grandmas & aunties. I would love to have mine & DH's picture taken with him just for his baby book. Not to give anyone else, just as a special memory for our son some day. Is that wrong?

Here are a couple of things that will make you all laugh. My 8 y/o step son is too cute some days.

I bought a 4 pack of baby bibs with sayings like my dad is cool ( DH thought it said my dad is a tool... I explained no matter how annoying he is I would NEVER tell the kids he is a tool ) my mom rocks.. well one said my mom is a hottie. SS8 saw this on the baby & said my mom is a hottie too, then he says, well maybe not my step mom is a hottie. DH about fell over laughing.

If a father looses his job & is on unemployeement does his childsupport automatically go down or would he have to go back to court. My mom seems to think it would just go down & I am saying no.

BM's BF lost his job the first of April & doesn't seem to be to ambitiously looking.

My husband is just pure fing lazy. He will be 34 next week & acts like he is 90.
After I worked my ass off yesterday vaccuuming, washing 8 loads of laundry,taking care of our baby & working from home all dur to his kids head lice fiasco he has the balls today to call me selfish. Oh and when he got home from work & the baby was asleep he wanted sex. WTF!

Oh yeah Head lice. Yesterday was step son's 8th birthday. As usual they are here after school & then we went out for dinner with BM & them for dinner & came back for icecream cake. ( there is a story that goes with that as well. ) Anyways this morninga at 9 am we recieve an email telling us that SS had headlice. That she ran out last night & got the treatment & that the school nurse confirmed it today.

My DH's divorce decree states 1/3 of his income, 1/2 unpaid medical & 1/3 daycare. He stupidly has paid for 1/2 of baseball & other activities they are signed up for & when he told her that SS's $200.00 field trip should come out of child support she informed him no it didn't & she doesn't ask for much ( bullshit)

To start out I am still trying to get things figured out with our stupid mortage company. Looks like I will have to pay the escrow shortage & our payment will go up. They screwed up when our taxes went up & changed our insurance portion to $8.00> I never read the break down,,, in 10 years of being a home owner I have never had this happen ( I kick myself for agreeing to sell my home & move into the money pit for the sake of the skids)So if my stimulus ever gets here I will pay off the shortage & then our house payment will go up around $100.00.

so at school teachers have kids make stuff for their mom's for mothers day... so why are step moms never included, especially when the teachers know we exist & are at their events & even know who we a

I swear I will never make it through the next ten years.

I don't think I can handle having some stuoid woman calling the shots or using me as an ATM for 10 more years.

Last night I came home to a bill from the mortgage company stating we owed 1788.00 for an escrow shortage. WTF!!! I tried to call while dealing with my 10 month old son as my DH changed clothes ( I sear he is so slow at everything he does ) I got some girl who told me my insurance & taxes went up and unless I paid this my housepayment would as of next month... yeah. Then off to SS8 baseball game. SS10 had practice too so BB was going to that & then coming to SS8 first game. She arrived at the bottom of the 6th & final inning. It also looked like she stopped on the way home for her pet ( ss10) could change his clothes... then he tells us oh practice ran long.. ( I love it when he lies for her)

This is our year to throw SS's 8th Birthday party. Last year BM didn't send out the invites till days before & didn't know if any kids were even coming. It was at the bowling alley ( an older not very kid orientated one) she ordered pizza ( tombstone) and brought a container of cupcakes. 2 kids showed up. We were invited because she didn't know if anyone else was coming.
