Well like I stated in an earlier blog Bm is trying to tke the boys to maryland. Well our attorney advised us to get married which isnt a big deal weve been engaged for almost a yr and together for 2 yrs so we went ahead and set a date,and then later that night found out we were pregnant, were thrilled but this is my 1st pregnancy and my first and hopfully only wedding:) so I do not want to be pregnant at it and or planning it at the same time.

Well im in need of a lil advice. for ss11 bday we got him a prepaid cell phone bc his 11 yr old sister has one and he really wanted one. But we made him sign a contract stating that he had to do chorus to keep it as well as ohter things like his attitude and behavior.

ok so our lawyer called today to let us know that BM filed an afidavid(not sure on spelling) to move to maryland in 16 months when shes done with school, apparently to be with some marine she meet, keep in mind she just told us that the guy she was seeing was cheating on her so we have no idea how long shes known this guy.

So today i go to pick up my SS4 from daycare and as were driving to get SS10 FROM school were talking like we always do about school,and things and out fo no where he yells at me "my mom doesnt like you, and my mon doesnt like my dad", so im speechless bc well i know she hates me and the feeling is very mutual but when its yelled to me from my 4 yr old SS its a lil shocking.

Well just felt like sharing my good day! For starters we got my Step sons 2day (not our day)and 2morrow is my birthday, so DF picked them up and must have to them my bday si 2morrow bc SS4 came running in the house tell me happy bday and that he was going to make me a cake,i of course was excited.

Well its wednesday and were suspossed to have the boys but guess what? there not at school, which is where we are suspossed to pick them up from so we dont have to deal with BM. So anyway DF called BM and she didnt answer, shocker there! So DF called our attorney again and she told us that BM has a court hearing Monday am for her keeping the boys from us last wed (keep in mind she went to court for keeping them from us for 3 wks 6 days pryer to that, but it aparently did do any good) so attorney said that if we dont get them at 3 like we are suspossed to to let her know and she will add this to the paperwork for monday, she also mentioned that if BM continues doing this she will lose custody, so here we are again missing the boys like crazy and havign to just wait.

well im happy to say that i am looking at my SS4 right now and i have never been happier. DF went to pick him up from school early so that BM couldnt keep him from us on our weekend. I was more then over joyed to see his smiling face walk in the door I have hugged him and kissed so much he cant stand it:) These boys (SS4 and SS10) make all of her crap worth it, even if we havent seen them for 3 wks and she cant follow the decree when they are finally here and I can hug them and tell them how much i love and miss them i forget for a moment that there mom is the crazist bitch i have ever meet.

Well we were very excited to go see SS4 play his first soccer game, but on our way there we got a call form the head coach (DF had called to check on the game earlier in the day bc even thou BM is assistant coach she doesnt tell us when things change, we have also missed 2 of SS10 games for this reason) letting us know that the game had been switched to yesterday, so again we miss out.

Well we just took BM to court last friday for being in contempt (we hadnt seen the boys in 2 wks) the judge chewed her ass, gave her a $380 fine and we got an extra week with the boys in the summer 2 make up for the time we missed.

Well first i have to say im glad to know that im not the only one who has a crazy xwife and BM in there life. I need advice on something thou, BM and I dont get along, bc of her im more then willing to be nice but she cant seem to handle that, but anyway my SS4 has his first soccer game wed and wed are our days with the kids.
